Publish the job vacancy on our official page and begin recruiting suitable candidates.
Collect candidates’ CVs and required documents.
Conduct a Japanese conversation (Kaiwa) test at our agency and select qualified candidates.
Submit the CVs of candidates who pass our Agency’s Kaiwa test to the Japanese employer for further consideration.
Arrange and conduct interviews between the selected candidates and the Japanese employer.
Successful candidates sign an employment contract with the Japanese employer.
Submit the required demand documents to the relevant labor authorities in Myanmar.
Proceed with the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application in Japan.
Apply for the appropriate visa at the relevant visa application center.
Complete the required labor contract procedures with the relevant labor authorities in Myanmar.
Apply for the Overseas Worker Identification Card (OWIC).
Provide pre-departure orientation covering work conditions, workplace rules, life in Japan, and important information for living and working in Japan.
Complete the final departure procedures and travel to Japan.
Provide necessary support and follow-up assistance after the workers arrive in Japan.
